Appointments
We recommend you arrive 15 to 30 minutes in advance of an appointment
to ensure a relaxing experience, and to fill out any necessary personal
information, and change into appropriate clothing for your services.
Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length
of your service or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
We have reserved time especially for you. We request the courtesy
of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. Spa Packages
should be canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Retail Policy
We are proud to offer you quality professional salon products for
your at-home use. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
for salon product credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Gift Certificates
We offer customized gift certificates for any service or dollar
amount. Gift certificates may only be redeemed for services or products.
No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Payment Types
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks (with proper
ID). Gratuities may not be added to checks and charges.
Quality Service Policy
All of our salon and spa services are 100% guaranteed. If you are
not satisfied with the quality of your services, please notify us
within two weeks of your visit and we will gladly re-perform the
service to your satisfaction.
